An off-site perfume-making workshop — The Elixir brings the ingredients, bottles and equipment to your office, restaurant or private event, and each participant creates their own fragrance. Formats for private and corporate events — from 1 participant: for yourself at home, on a date or at a birthday party, for a team or event guests; lasting from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Each formula is tested to IFRA standards and archived, so participants can reorder their fragrance without needing to attend another session. We operate in Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk; other cities by arrangement.
Create your own fragrance
You choose the venue. We bring everything: accords, bottles, equipment, and a master perfumer. The session runs from 30 minutes in the express format to two hours in the educational format. Every formula is checked for compliance with the IFRA standard, and the recipe is saved — the fragrance can be repeated later.

How an off-site perfume master class works
The perfumer arrives at your location, sets up the workstations, lays out the palette of accords — and it begins.
First, a short introduction to how to “read” scents. Then everyone tests notes and chooses the ones that resonate. Together with the master perfumer, you build a formula — step by step, without unnecessary theory.
Natural essential oils, molecules, absolutes, and extracts are blended in proportions guided by both your nose and the perfumer's experience. When the formula is ready, the fragrance is poured into a bottle. It's yours.
No participant leaves without a result. The master perfumer is by your side at every stage until the fragrance becomes exactly what you envisioned.

What the service includes and what each participant receives
Each participant receives a consultation, composes their own fragrance from the ingredients offered, and takes home a finished bottle. If desired, the team creates a shared corporate fragrance.

The price includes: the work of the master, chords, bottles, recording and saving the formula, IFRA verification.
The price depends on the number of participants. The master's departure, travel, and equipment are calculated for the entire event, so for 1–2 participants the cost per person is higher than for a group.
Branding of bottles and traveling outside the city are separate. Layout takes 30–40 minutes before the start, collection takes 20–30 minutes after.
What to prepare at the venue before the master perfumer arrives
Tables, chairs, light, ventilation, water, and a power outlet — that's all you need to prepare. The master perfumer brings the materials and tools.
What the client provides:
Tables with a hard surface - one for 2–3 participants.
Chairs at each table.
Natural or bright artificial lighting - without it, you won't be able to accurately mix the fragrance.
Ventilated room or ventilation: aromas are concentrated, fresh air is not a detail here.
Washbasin or container with water, electrical outlet.
A separate table or rack for the craftsman's components, bottles, and equipment.

Perfume components are alcohol-based, so the room should be well ventilated. Participants with serious allergies to fragrances or alcohol should consult a doctor in advance. Participants under 18 years of age - only with one parent or with written consent of parents or guardians.
