Physical and electronic formats

The certificate is available in two formats: physical and electronic.

The electronic one arrives in the mail immediately after payment. It can be sent to the recipient or printed out yourself. The physical one is a printed postcard that is delivered by mail or courier.

The format is selected when placing an order.

How to purchase, receive and activate

Select a certificate on the category page and place your order. After payment, it will arrive in the selected format.

To book a master class date, contact us - via the form on the website, in messenger or by phone. The certificate can be transferred: anyone who has it can sign up for the master class.

Expiration date and rules of use

The certificate is valid until the date indicated on it. After the expiration date, it cannot be used and the funds are not refunded. Therefore, it is better to book the date in advance.

If you need to reschedule your visit, please write or call us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will find another time.
