Yes. Every formula is checked in real time to ensure it complies with IFRA standards. The Elixir is one of the first brands to make this verification available at the individual formula level.
On the shelves of our perfumeries, you will find both natural and synthetic ingredients. Advances in perfume chemistry offer a number of benefits. Natural ingredients are wonderful and will always hold a special place in the hearts and noses of perfumers. However, approaching this issue consciously and realistically, we must recognise that natural ingredients are often produced unethically, contain many active ingredients (such as those that cause allergies), and their production frequently has a significant impact on the environment. At The Elixir Perfume Laboratory, the safety of our guests is of the utmost importance, which is why all our ingredients are certified, comply with current IFRA standards and are vegan.

Yes. Describe the person as you see them — the AI or perfumer will then translate that image into a formula.
Because a fragrance isn’t just ‘fresh or sweet’. It’s about character, rhythm, memories, and skin type. Every question adds another layer; without it, the formula would be 70% complete, not 100%.
Yes. The formula is unique to you and is stored in our archive — you can reorder it at any time.
The algorithm analyses your answers, converts them into fragrance parameters (fragrance family, top/heart/base balance) and creates a formula using our palette. The more people who go through this process, the more accurate it becomes.

Please allow this time to elapse before contacting us — in 9 out of 10 cases, the bottle is simply in transit.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive the consignment note number and a tracking link by email.
No. Every bottle of The Elixir is a formula we have created just for you. We don’t have a stock of ready-made perfumes from which we could take your bottle back and sell it to someone else. That is the nature of true bespoke perfumery.
