Yes. Every formula is checked in real time for compliance with IFRA standards. The Elixir is one of the first houses to make such a check available at the level of an individual formula.
On the shelves of our perfume laboratories you will find both natural and synthetic ingredients. Advances in perfume chemistry offer a number of benefits. Natural ingredients are wonderful and will always hold a special place in the hearts and noses of perfume creators. However, approaching this consciously and realistically, we must recognize that natural ingredients are often produced unethically, contain many active substances (for example, allergens), and their production often has a serious impact on the environment. At The Elixir Perfume Laboratory, the safety of our guests is paramount, which is why all our ingredients are certified, comply with current IFRA standards, and are vegan.

Because a fragrance isn't just “fresh or sweet.” It's character, tempo, memories, skin type. Every question is another layer, without which the formula would come out at 70% rather than 100%.
Yes. The formula exists only for you and is stored in our archive — you can reorder at any time.
The algorithm reads your answers, converts them into perfume parameters (fragrance family, top/heart/base balance), and composes a formula from our palette. The more people go through this process, the more accurate it becomes.

PhysicalTerms of Use for The Elixir Gift Certificates
These Rules govern the terms of purchase and use of physical and electronic gift certificates (hereinafter — the Certificate) for master classes and products of The Elixir perfume studio.
1. General provisions

A gift certificate is a document (in physical or electronic form) with a unique numeric/alphabetic code that confirms an advance payment and entitles its holder to receive services or goods for an amount equal to the face value of the Certificate.

The Certificate is not a means of payment or a security.
2. Certificate formats and delivery

A physical certificate is a printed branded card/form. It can be purchased directly at the studio or ordered with delivery by Nova Poshta.

An electronic certificate is a digital document sent to the email address specified by the buyer on the chosen day and time. It has the same legal force as a physical certificate.
3. Activation and use

Advance booking: To use a Certificate for a master class, you must book the date and time of your visit in advance at theelixir.ai/book-online or through the studio administrator, making sure to provide the unique Certificate code.

Presentation: During the visit to the studio, the holder must present the physical certificate or show the electronic version (on a smartphone screen or printed out) to the administrator before the service is provided.

The Certificate may be used only once. After activation (entering the code on the website or scanning it at the studio), the code is canceled.
4. Financial terms and face values

If the cost of the service/product exceeds the face value: The Certificate holder may pay the difference by any convenient method (cash or card).

If the cost of the service/product is less than the face value: The difference is not refunded in cash. However, the remaining balance (if any) may be used to purchase additional studio products (for example, car perfumes or diffusers) during the same visit.

If a Certificate with the “Custom amount” option is chosen, the funds may be spent on any available services or products within the specified budget.
5. Restrictions and validity period

⏳ The Certificate is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase. If the Certificate has not been used within this period, it is automatically canceled and the funds are not refunded.

The Certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Official discounts, promotional offers, and studio promo codes do not apply to the purchase of Certificates and are not combined with them at checkout (unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion).
6. Loss or damage

In case of loss or severe damage to a physical Certificate (if the unique code cannot be read), it can be restored only if the buyer provides a receipt or confirmation of the purchase transaction, and the Certificate itself is personalized or recorded in the studio's database.

The buyer/recipient is responsible for the security and confidentiality of the unique code of an electronic Certificate. The studio is not liable for the use of the Certificate by third parties if the email or code is forwarded to other people.

No. Every The Elixir bottle is a formula we created just for you. We don't have a warehouse of ready-made perfumes to which your bottle could be returned and resold to someone else. That's the nature of true custom perfumery.
