Payment methods
Online
— Payment by Visa / Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via mono. No fees.
— For legal entities and corporate orders — payment by invoice: sole proprietor Borysenko Valerii Valeriiovych, recipient code 3201811951, account UA02 3052 9900 0002 6005 0262 2550 0, JSC CB PrivatBank.
On site
— Cash or card at our laboratories: Gulliver Mall (Kyiv) and Promprylad (Ivano-Frankivsk).

Delivery within Ukraine
— Nova Poshta: branch, parcel locker, or courier delivery to your address — at the carrier's rates.
— Delivery time: usually 1–3 business days from dispatch, according to Nova Poshta's schedule.
— In Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk, courier or taxi delivery is also available — the cost and time are agreed when placing the order.
— Pickup — free from both laboratories.

International delivery

We ship orders to European countries and the USA.
— Carriers: Nova Post (international shipments) or Ukrposhta — depending on the destination country.

Delivery times (Nova Post)
— Europe: from 3 business days — to countries and cities served by Nova Post branches or partner networks.
— USA: from 7 days — taking into account international logistics and partner delivery.
— The exact time depends on the destination country and city and on customs processing.

Approximate cost (Nova Post)
— Europe: from 330–500 UAH depending on the country (for example, Poland or Moldova — from 330 UAH, Germany — from 500 UAH).
— USA: depending on actual or volumetric weight — up to 1 kg from $25, up to 2 kg — $30, up to 5 kg — $50 (most of our shipments fall within these categories).
— Exact calculation — in the official Nova Post Global calculator: https://novaposhtaglobal.ua/for-you/tariffs/ or when placing an order.
— Delivery by Ukrposhta: at the carrier's rates, calculated when placing an order.
— Customs duties and taxes of the destination country (if any) are paid by the recipient.

Restrictions on shipping perfume
Perfume products contain alcohol and are classified as goods with air transport restrictions, so international shipments may be sent by ground routes, which affects delivery time. Limits on the number of bottles and the volume per shipment depend on the carrier's rules and the destination country: [to be specified after confirmation of Nova Post Global and Ukrposhta terms]. Every shipment is packed in compliance with the requirements for shipping liquids.

Dispatch times
— Ready-made products: dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
— Personalized products (a fragrance based on the AI questionnaire, reproduction of your formula, an individual brief): the production time, which is communicated when the order is confirmed, is added to the dispatch time (Public Offer Agreement, clause 6.6).
— After dispatch, you receive a tracking number for your parcel.

Packaging and inspection on receipt
— Every order is packed in a branded box with protection for the bottles.
— Please check the integrity of the packaging and the product on receipt, before signing the carrier's documents. In case of damage, have a report drawn up at the branch and write to us: hello@theelixir.ai.

Returns and exchanges
Perfume and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994). Personalized products are made individually for you and cannot be returned — you confirm this with a separate checkbox when ordering (Public Offer Agreement, Section 7).
If the product arrives damaged or does not match your order, we will replace it free of charge or refund your money in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”. Write to us within [14] days with photos: hello@theelixir.ai.
