Every purchase at The Elixir is convenient and secure. Choose the payment method that suits you.
Online payment
Mono — one-click payment
Fast and secure payment by bank card directly on the website. Visa, Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported. The transaction is confirmed instantly - the order is immediately processed.
There is no commission. Card data is processed exclusively by the Mono payment system.
Full payment to the official account
Transfer to the official bank account of the individual entrepreneur Borisenko V. V. Suitable for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and corporate orders. Details are provided after order confirmation.
Transfer exclusively to an official account - not to an individual's personal card.
Payment upon receipt
Payment by cash or card at the location
When visiting the laboratory in person, payment for the service or product is made on site: in cash or by card via the terminal.

DELIVERY METHODS
The Elixir ships orders throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta. Pickup from laboratories is also available.
Self-pickup
Pick-up from the laboratory is free of charge
Pick up your order in person during your visit or immediately after your perfume session. The delivery time is agreed with the manager.

Delivery by Nova Post
Branch or post office
Choose a convenient branch or Nova Post post office when placing an order.
Addressed courier delivery
The Nova Post courier will deliver the order directly to your address.
The cost is at the NP rate, paid by the Client.
Shipping times
— Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
— After shipment, the Client receives a TTN number to track the parcel.
Packaging
Each order is packaged in The Elixir's branded box with protective materials. The bottles are additionally secured to prevent damage during transportation.
ORDER CHECK UPON RECEIPT
⚠ Before signing documents, carefully inspect the parcel and its contents in the presence of a Nova Post employee.
Upon receipt, check:
— integrity of the outer packaging (no signs of opening, deformation);
— quantity and conformity of goods to your order;
— integrity of bottles and product packaging.
If damage or non-conformity is found:
— refuse to receive the parcel;
— draw up an Act (Claim) together with a department employee;
— take a photo of the damage and the report;
— BE SURE to let us know — send a photo via the contacts on the website or in Direct.
★ Claims for damage discovered after signing without drawing up a certificate will not be considered.
