Privacy Policy

General Provisions

This Privacy Policy applies to users of the website https://theelixir.ai/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website), as well as to the end consumer of educational services (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), and describes the purpose and process of collection, use, processing, transfer, and storage of personal data obtained by the Contractor during the use of the Website by users or the Customer.

By accepting this policy, users and/or the Customer confirm that they have read and understood the list of their rights as a personal data subject.

Purpose of Personal Data Collection, Use, and Processing

The purpose of collecting, using, and processing personal data is to provide users and/or the Customer with information about the Contractor's professional experience and educational services, as well as to ensure the proper fulfillment of contractual relations between the Contractor and the Customer.

Collection and Use of Personal Data

When using the Website, the data of users and/or the Customer is collected and processed, namely:

  • cookies;

  • IP addresses;

  • internet browser parameters and settings (User-agent);

  • personal data provided when filling out registration forms, questionnaires, etc.

Personal data shall mean information about an individual within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine "On Information", including, but not limited to, information about: last name, first name, and patronymic (if any), city of residence, mobile phone number, email address, etc.

The Contractor collects only those personal data that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by users and/or the Customer as personal data subjects for the purpose of using the Website services, which, in accordance with legal requirements, constitutes the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose formulated in this Policy.

The Contractor does not collect any information for the processing of which specific legal requirements are established, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, as well as data relating to health, sex life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data").

Website users and/or the Customer unconditionally declare and confirm that they have been properly notified of their rights as a personal data subject, the purpose of collection, use, and processing of their personal data, the circle of persons to whom this data may be transferred, and that their personal data may be included in the Contractor's database.

When visiting the Website, all system logins may be recorded. Other traffic information is not processed or stored.

Processing and Storage of Personal Data

The processing and storage of personal data provided by users and/or the Customer are ensured by the Contractor in full compliance with the requirements of current legislation.

Personal Data Retention Period

The personal data of Website users is stored for a period no longer than necessary in accordance with the purpose of its processing.

The Customer grants the Contractor, for a term of 3 (three) years, an explicit and unconditional consent to the collection, use, processing, transfer, and storage of their personal data for the purpose of the Contractor fulfilling its obligations established by tax, statistical, and other legislation of Ukraine, relevant bylaws, as well as for the purpose of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the Contractor.

Transfer of Information to Third Parties

The Contractor states that it is the controller of personal data collected from users and/or the Customer. The Contractor does not transfer personal data to third parties, except when such transfer is a legal requirement or is necessary for the proper performance of contractual obligations between the Customer and the Contractor, or in other cases set forth in this Policy.

The Website may contain links to other websites (for informational purposes only). When following a link to other websites, this Policy does not apply to such sites. In this regard, the Contractor recommends reviewing the privacy and personal data policy of each website before submitting any personal data by which you can be identified.

Protection of Personal Data

In compliance with the legislation on personal data protection (including international legislation - GDPR), the Website guarantees its security.

The disclosure of personal data without the consent of the personal data subject or a person authorized by them is permitted in cases specified by law, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic welfare, and human rights.

Policy Amendments

The Contractor may make changes to this Privacy Policy, including when legal requirements change.
