You come to The Elixir Perfume Laboratory already with an understanding of what you want: certain notes, a feeling, an association, a resemblance to something familiar — or even a specific direction.
Next, the perfumer selects the components and derives the formula for your fragrance. In 1 hour, the laboratory produces a finished 30, 50 or 100 ml bottle, tested according to the IFRA standard.
A scent that no one else has
The session is available offline in Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk. You work individually with a master, explore a collection of professional chords, and build your own perfume composition step by step.
The recipe is stored in the laboratory - the fragrance can be repeated or adjusted at any time. If after the first wear you want to change something - the master will open the saved formula and make changes without a second session from scratch.

Before the session, you already have a rough understanding: what notes you like, what the fragrance should be like, what feeling or mood you want to convey.

Based on your request, the master selects notes for samples — top notes, heart notes, and base notes. You sniff each option and give feedback.

Joint adjustment
Together you refine the balance: more warmth or freshness, heavier or lighter, more stable or more delicate. As many iterations as needed.

When the fragrance sounds the way you wanted it to, the formula is fixed and embodied in a 30, 50, or 100 ml bottle.

Verification and transfer
Each formula is tested for compliance with the IFRA standard. Only then is the bottle packaged and given to you.

How to prepare for the session
The more specific you are, the faster the perfumer gets in the right direction and the fewer iterations are needed for the final result.
Think in advance:
What scents do you already like - specific perfumes, notes, or even smells from everyday life: coffee, leather, resin, wet earth.
What should your fragrance be like — is there a reference point among famous perfumes or aromatic families?
What feeling or mood do you want to convey: warm and enveloping, fresh and light, strict and restrained?
Where do you plan to wear it — during the day, at night, at work, to a special event?
What exactly doesn't fit - too sweet, sharp, "pharmacy-like", heavy?
Bring samples of perfumes that you like. One bottle will tell the perfumer more than a long description.
Safety of the composition and allergies
The composition is tested according to the IFRA standard - an international regulation that establishes safe concentrations of aromatic materials for the skin. Raw materials from leading global suppliers: the composition is known, the origin is confirmed.
Allergies and skin sensitivities are discussed before the session. The therapist will ask about known reactions and immediately rule out problematic ingredients—no surprises once the bottle is in your hands.
During the session, there are an unlimited number of attempts. Mix, smell, and adjust until the aroma sounds exactly how you feel.
