Perfume-Making Master Class for Two
A perfume-making session at The Elixir — 1.5 hours in the laboratory with a master perfumer: you choose the notes and create two fragrances or one shared fragrance for both of you. No experience is required, there’s no limit on the number of attempts, and the formulas are saved for future orders.
During the session, you’ll be served sugar-free sweets from our partner and Prosecco (for guests aged 18 and over) or coffee, tea or another drink of your choice.

How the master class works: step by step
The session takes up to 1.5 hours and is divided into four clear blocks.

Getting to know the aromatic profile
The master finds out what each person likes: favorite notes, associations, unwanted chords. The result is an aromatic "portrait" of a couple or two individual characters, from which the selection begins.

Tasting and choosing a destination
You sample accords from 400+ ingredients and narrow the choice down to a few key notes. The master perfumer shows how fresh and warm, floral and spicy behave side by side.

Formula compilation
You blend, test on your skin, and adjust the proportions — as many iterations as needed. The master perfumer records every change and guides you toward balance.

Production and packaging
The final recipe is recorded and stored in the laboratory's database. The bottles are filled and packaged — you take the result home right away.
What to bring: nothing special. Avoid strong perfumes on the day of the session so your sense of smell stays fresh.
What each couple receives
The price includes the full cycle: a consultation with the master perfumer, work with 400+ ingredients, an unlimited number of test iterations, the final formula, and two bottles of 30, 50, or 100 ml each — every participant takes their fragrance home right after the master class. 50 or 100 ml — at the prices listed in the ‘Format, location and price’ section.

The author's recipe is stored in the laboratory. The fragrance can be reordered at any time without a second visit - a 10% discount applies to reorders.
Formula tested to IFRA standard - safe for daily wear.

Certificate for a perfumery master class for two
A perfume date as a gift for an anniversary, wedding, or Valentine's Day: the couple chooses the date and laboratory themselves and comes to the master for 1.5 hours to create two fragrances or one together.
The certificate covers a master class for two with two 30 ml bottles and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. It can also be issued for 2 × 50 or 2 × 100 ml bottles. The date on the certificate is not fixed: the couple registers themselves on any day within the validity period.

FAQ: most frequently asked questions
No. The master perfumer explains every step — from the structure of a fragrance to the proportions.
Unlimited. You try and adjust until the fragrance smells the way you intended. That's a condition of the format.
After the master class, the laboratory records the exact recipe with proportions. If you want to repeat or increase the volume, just write to us, a new visit is not required.
Basic bottle design is included, gift box available upon request.
