Perfume-Making Master Class for Two
Together you choose notes, blend, and smell — and each of you goes home with your own 30, 50, or 100 ml bottle and a signature formula stored by the laboratory. A couples' format at The Elixir Perfume Laboratory's physical workshop: a 1.5-hour in-person session where the fragrance is born not from a catalog but from your tastes, memories, and mood.
During the event, we serve sugar-free craft candies from our partner and prosecco — or, if you prefer, coffee, tea, or another drink of your choice.
Create your own fragrance
No perfumery experience is needed. The master perfumer guides you through more than 400 ingredients from leading global suppliers, and every step is clear without any preparation.
You can create two completely different fragrances or one shared scent — for a memorable day, for each other's character, for a place or an emotion. Every formula is checked for compliance with the IFRA standard — the fragrance is safe and ready to wear right after the session.
How the master class works: step by step
The session takes up to 1.5 hours and is divided into four clear blocks.

Getting to know the aromatic profile
The master finds out what each person likes: favorite notes, associations, unwanted chords. The result is an aromatic "portrait" of a couple or two individual characters, from which the selection begins.

Tasting and choosing a destination
You sample accords from 400+ ingredients and narrow the choice down to a few key notes. The master perfumer shows how fresh and warm, floral and spicy behave side by side.

Formula compilation
You blend, test on your skin, and adjust the proportions — as many iterations as needed. The master perfumer records every change and guides you toward balance.

Production and packaging
The final recipe is recorded and stored in the laboratory's database. The bottles are filled and packaged — you take the result home right away.
What to bring: nothing special. Avoid strong perfumes on the day of the session so your sense of smell stays fresh.

The price includes the full cycle: a consultation with the master perfumer, work with 400+ ingredients, an unlimited number of test iterations, the final formula, and two bottles of 30, 50, or 100 ml each — every participant takes their fragrance home right after the master class.

No. The master perfumer explains every step — from the structure of a fragrance to the proportions.
Unlimited. You try and adjust until the fragrance smells the way you intended. That's a condition of the format.
After the master class, the laboratory records the exact recipe with proportions. If you want to repeat it or increase the volume, just write to us — no new visit is needed.
Basic bottle finishing is included. A gift box and certificate are available on request — please ask when booking.
The session is not recommended during pregnancy (a number of ingredients have IFRA restrictions). If you are highly sensitive to fragrance chemicals, let the master perfumer know in advance.
